Established in 2000, the Subang Jaya Community Youth Football League (SJCYFL) is more than just a football league—it’s a vibrant community where passion fuels growth, friendships flourish, and young dreams take flight. Open to boys aged 8 to 14, the league provides a platform to sharpen skills, embrace teamwork, and experience the true spirit of sportsmanship. Yet, at age 14, a bittersweet turning point arrives. With no structured path forward, these young athletes must leave behind the very community that shaped their journey. Many are left searching for new opportunities, often without the support system that helped them thrive.

Subang Jaya Football Club (SJFC) is a registered entity under the Ministry of Sports, established to provide a clear and sustainable pathway for community players to continue their football journey beyond the Subang Jaya Community Youth Football League (SJCYFL). Unlike many private academies, SJFC offers an inclusive platform for both boys and girls to compete at higher levels, delivering quality training on par with professional setups. SJFC stands as a beacon of opportunity—empowering young athletes to push their boundaries, gain exposure through external tournaments, and grow within a structured, nurturing environment. It is not a separate initiative but a natural extension of SJCYFL, created to elevate the talents developed within our community.

The Subang Jaya Development Team was established to cater to grassroots boys and girls who are beginning their journey in the sport.

Supergirls is an ongoing girls’ football programme that focuses primarily on player development and prepares young girls to progress to the next level of the game.

The Select Team consists of boys from the SJCYFL who have been U8-U14 selected to continue their next journey into a more competitive level of the game.

The SJ Youth Cup is an annual tournament which provides young players with exposure to competitive matches while fostering sportsmanship and community engagement.

A Zonal Tournament is coming soon, bringing together participants from USJ 1 to USJ 23 to strengthen community engagement through football.

SJFC Run is a community-focused initiative that promotes health and fitness among parents from SJCYFL and SJFC, encouraging them to take part in an active lifestyle
